In the temperature range 5¸325 K, the temperature dependences
of decrement d, dynamic
Young's modulus Е
in a nanocryctalline Ti are investigated. Acoustic measurements were carried
out by flexural vibration technique at frequencies 1.9¸3.2kHz. The grain size (30¸50
nm) was determined using electron microscopic technique. The effect of plastic
deforming 120¸230% at
80K and 293K, annealing at 525¸940К on parameters
of low-temperature internal friction and the related dynamic Young's modulus
was studied. A
similar acoustic properties of nanocrystalline Ti was observed also in [1].
